Culminates in peace.

Adieu, 2020,
Farewell, good-bye,
Good riddance to you!
Bienvenido, 2021,
Be kind, be well,
Make us love you . . .
[Listen to the brief but uplifting song below by Cabana Boy Q.]
Lyrics to X’mas 2020 (the song above):
Happy Holidays
Surreal
Not so real
Pictures from a reel
This year’s Holiday feel.
The Stars and Stripes
Tall, proud, and breezy,
Waving independently,
The red, white, and blue.
Happy 4th of July!
Freedom
Fun things to do on the 4th of July:
Overlook chores
Ultimate Frisbee
Race to the beach
Tandem bicycling
Hike a mountain
Junk food binging
Utter sweet nothings
Little League Baseball
Yell:
Pop Goes the Terms of Endearment
Dada
Papa
Daddy
Pop
Father
Fathead.
(Happily, Pa has a sense of humor.)
Cheers!

Have you boiled your brisket?
Got your cabbage patched?
Peeled and sliced those potatoes?
Then get to it!
Don’t look for a poem here
This is just a little greeting
To say . . . .
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
Hello, World
Although I started blogging in late April 2015, I didn’t go through the Blogging 101 course, which I am taking now. This is my first assignment–to introduce myself. Please go to the About page to learn more about my blog.
As some of you may already know, my purpose is to hone my writing skills and eventually make you aware of my finished writing products. Time is a challenge for me though, so be patient. Thanks!
