Apologies via Office Emails

(loosely based on actual events)

“Sorry about that.”

“It won’t happen again.”

“I regret that the actions taken created hell for you.”

“Please let me make it up to you and allow me to sharpen your pencils for a week. If you don’t use pencils, then let me buy you a pack of mechanical pencil refills.”

“Buy you coffee? Please don’t report me to HR.”

“If I write the memo for you, will you forgive me for what I said about you at the meeting this morning?”

“I didn’t mean what I said. Please accept my apology.”

“Will never ever happen again. I promise.”
