Quote Challenged

Thank you kindly, vcreationss, for nominating me for the Quote Challenge. Because I’ve already done this challenge, I’m doing something a little different. Three of the attributions below are fictional, while one is not. Your mission is to determine how quote challenged I am. Which one is quoted by another? The answer is at the bottom of the post.

“We can’t make people change, but we can ask them for spare change.”
— the NYC naked cowboy

“Spread the table with good-looking food and no one will notice you left out the salt.”
— Julia Child

Answer: A working stiff (who happens to be an office colleague)

You Say Liebster, I say Lobster

Belated thanks to serendipitous writer, Ellie the Old Soul, Diego, and fitness9555  for nominating me for the Liebster Award. Since I had already been nominated before and gone through the process, I am doing something different here.

In keeping with the summer theme, I give to the four wonderful bloggers who nominated me a symbolic lobster meal.  Feast away and enjoy the rest of the summer.

Thank you all again!

Double Awards

Earlier this year, one of our fellow bloggers, Charles French, created the Blogger Appreciation Award to show his appreciation for the wonderful bloggers he met. He was kind enough to nominate me as one of such bloggers. Thank YOU.

A few days ago, another fellow blogger, Agatha Chocolats, was nominated for the Blogger Recognition Award. She too was kind enough to nominate me for this award. Thank YOU.

Listed below are the rules for each of these thoughtful awards. Following the rules are my nominees for both awards. The nominees have the option to respond to one or both. Or, they can simply bask in glory and not do anything. No offense will be taken by me.

Blogger Appreciation Award (Thanks again, Charles French)

The Rules
(1) Thank the blogger who nominated you, link back to their site.
(2) Write a paragraph of something positive about yourself.
(3) Nominate and notify as many bloggers as you wish.
(4) Use the award image.
